We accept returns for unused and unworn products within 30 days of receipt. All items must be in their original condition, with tags intact and free of damage. Once we receive the returned item, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We accept returns or replacements for damaged or defective merchandise. If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please follow these steps:
1. Inspect Upon Arrival – Please inspect your order upon receipt to ensure all items match your order and arrive in perfect condition.
2. Report Any Issues Within 3 Days – If you receive missing, incorrect, or damaged merchandise, notify us via email at info@sojournstudio.org within 3 days of confirmed delivery.
3. Provide Photos – For damaged items, include a clear photo of the product and packaging in your email.
Resolution Options – Upon review, we will promptly offer a replacement (subject to availability) or issue store credit for future orders.
