4. Shipping & Delivery

• Once your order has shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
• International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
5. Returns & Exchanges
• We accept returns for unused, unworn products within 30 days of receipt. Items must be in original condition with all tags attached.
• Returns for damaged or defective merchandise must be requested within 3 days of confirmed delivery, with supporting photos.
• Refunds are issued once the returned product is received and inspected.
• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
